Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund –
• The product must be in its original sealed and unused condition.
• The packaging, labels, and safety seals must be intact and undamaged.
• There should be no signs of tampering or physical damage to the product.
• You must retain and provide the original invoice received during delivery.

In case of Refund –
• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated.
• The refunded amount will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
• Nutri Bio Corp reserves the right to decline refunds for items that fail to meet the above eligibility conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 2 working days of placing your order and/or before your order has been shipped.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If the order meets the cancellation parameters listed above, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
Nutri Bio Corp reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is confirmed, our logistics partner will collect the product within7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Please note that damaged or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
