All products sold on Nutri BioCorp arenon-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.We do not accept return or refund requests due to change of mind, personal preference, taste, or usage-related reasons.
Replacement is applicable only in the following genuine cases:
No monetary refund will be issued in any case. Only replacement is applicable after verification.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.The video must clearly show the sealed outer package, the opening process, and the issue with the product.Requests submitted without valid proof will not be eligible for replacement.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
All replacement requests are subject to verification by Nutri BioCorp.Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Nutri BioCorp reserves the right to accept or reject any request after due verification, in accordance with this policy.
